Elendig produkt og kundeservice! jeg har snakket med dem minst 20 ganger og de klarer aldri å løse problemene på enkle etiketter. De svarer sjelden på telefon, det tar alltid lang tid før svarOg det koster mange penger!
Consignor har et godt produkt men desværre ansvarsfraskriver de sig med dårlige argumenter og ingen beviser ved fejl som har kostet vores virksomhed 120.000,- i manglende EDI oplysninger. Det er på ingen måder særlig motiverende for samarbejdet og anbefales...
Dårlig support. Sidder fast i first level og meget svært at komme op i hierarkiet hvis du har noget kritisk
