Apache Beam is an open-source platform that allows you to define data-parallel processing pipelines for both batch and streaming data sources. The Beam SDKs provide a unified programming model that can represent and transform data sets of any size. However, each runner has different capabilities and therefore different abilities to implement the core concepts in the Beam model.
