Avaya Aura Conferencing allows audio conferencing, Web collaboration, video and more to be used by tens of thousands of workers, virtually anywhere, at a fraction of the cost of other solutions. CAPI is a REST Web service interface that enables developers to include Collaboration Agent capabilities in their custom clients. User settings, such as password, default communication address and associated numbers, can be updated and queried using this interface.
